Durham Contracting Group (DCG) is a North East–based property services contractor specialising in strip-outs, clearances, waste removal and property protection for both commercial and residential clients.

We work across Durham, Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Northumberland, Teesside and the wider UK, supporting councils, housing associations, landlords, managing agents, developers and private clients.

DCG was formed by a team with years of experience working on major construction and high-rise projects. That background means we approach every job with proper planning, safety standards and environmental responsibility - not just labour, but a professional service you can rely on.
